I wrote Verde as a way to explore sound in ways that a regular vocal-driven song wouldn’t. I gave it that title because I often get synesthesia when I’m creating music and green was the color that I kept seeing often while making it. Most of the emotions come from the instruments themselves with very few lyrics and dialogue scattered around. This is one of those songs where I felt free creating whatever I wanted with no limits.
